Walter McGehee Hooper (born March 27, 1931) is a literary advisor of the estate of C.S. Green and Hooper's reliable account is the first "official" biography and is in many ways the best, especially now that it has been updated. In the same spirit, I have often thought it would be good to bury a host of myths about C. S. Lewis as well.
