I'd like to start this post by saying that i'm not particularly well versed in the traditional approaches to meditation. My experience with meditation after 4 months I am a 21, been almost every single day for the last 4 months, roughly 20 minutes a day, last month I upped it to 1 hour a day. Meditation itself became a good habit, and I formed around it the rest of my morning routine.
